Kade Collins, MSW, LCSW is actively accepting referrals for new clients who wish to apply for sliding scale therapy. Sliding Scale therapy is a term used to refer to a reduced fee agreement for psychotherapy sessions and is considered fee for service. These fees are explicitly agreed upon between you and Kade prior to starting therapy. The fee will be lower than Obsidian’s standard rate and sliding scale slots are open only to people who simply cannot afford standard rates. Kade will provide the same high quality psychotherapeutic services to all clients, regardless of their fee agreement.

-6 month review required on all agreements to assess change in client circumstance and clinical compatibility
